As with all the services we provide at S4S, our purchasing services are very specific in their goals and objectives with a very focused outcome although the mechanism for achieving these goals are very flexible and are tailored to the requirements of our individual clients.

Our ultimate goal is to streamline the purchasing process, reducing costs and identifying the most effective outsourcing solution.

The aim of our purchasing services is to help our customers to transform their purchasing activities from the traditional custom and practice of local buying to a more global buying perspective.

At S4S, we carry out purchasing department and activity audits and hence identify saving opportunities and produce recommendations relating to Training, recruitment and amendments to internal processes. As part of our purchasing service, we provide all the Training required by purchasing personnel in a variety of areas including Global sourcing and negotiation techniques, and supplier selection criteria and planning.

In the short term, until your purchasing systems and procedures are fully implemented, we provide a temporary resource to project manage purchasing and any cost reduction projects.
