S4S consultancy has many contacts in India who can transfer hard copy drawings into 2D/3D or 2D drawings to 3D at competitive rates.

Drawings can be compiled in all of the common CAD systems (ProEngineer, Solid Works, AutoCAD etc) or can be generated in IGES or DXF formats to suit your requirements.
