Steve Dobson

Steve Dobson has 15 years experience at director level with UK manufacturers in the industrial engineering sector within multi-national engineering companies and is a chartered mechanical engineer with an M.A from Oxford University and MBA from Warwick University. Steve is an active member of the Academy of Chief Executives and Director of the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce. Steve's experience covers general management, operations, contract management, sales and customer services and he has managed projects of all sizes. He has assisted European and American companies to establish Joint ventures and other long term collaborations.

Adrian Brown

Adrian Brown has over thirty years experience in industrial manufacturing including fifteen years at director level. Adrian is a chartered engineer and holder of a BSc in Manufacturing Engineering. He has lead major Global sourcing initiatives for multi-national companies, with over two decades of experience in China and India, and successfully assisting European and UK companies to establish Joint ventures with overseas clients. A significant proportion of his career has been with a world leader in Valve manufacturing, holding management roles in production and production engineering.

Together Steve and Adrian have transformed the profitability of two £20m companies in the roles of MD and Sourcing Director, from significant losses to healthy profits.
